For every donation of $2500 (100 calendar value), you will receive your choice of (1) Benelli Nova 12 Gauge or (2) 50 Calendar Incentive Prizes/Packages listed above.

If you have chosen a firearm as part of your bonus incentive – please complete the form below to claim your firearm. Depending on availability, firearms may take up to 6-8 weeks to deliver. If you are owed multiple firearms, please complete additional forms for each winner/FFL Dealer. Only one form is needed If they are going to the same person/FFL Dealer.
