Depending on availability, firearms may take up to 6-8 weeks to deliver. If you are owed multiple firearms, please complete additional forms for each winner/FFL Dealer.

Only one form is needed If they are going to the same person/FFL Dealer.

Firearm Shipment Details
Your firearm must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearm Dealer. Please contact the dealer you've chosen to make sure they will accept the transfer. Then, fill out the dealer information below so we can transfer your firearm. TO EXPEDITE the process, ask your dealer to email us a copy of their license to FFL@unionsportsmen.org. Please allow 6-8 weeks for shipping of prize once paperwork is submitted.
