THE 2025 USA 2 GUNS-A-WEEK SWEEPSTAKES BEGINS AT 12:00 a.m. CENTRAL TIME ON MONDAY, JANUARY 6, 2025 and ENDS AT 11:59 a.m. CENTRAL TIME ON MONDAY, DECEMBER 29, 2025.
ELIGIBILITY
Open only to legal residents of the United States and Washington D.C., age 21 years or older. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. Governed by U.S. law. Employees and their immediate families (parents, children, spouse, siblings) of the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance (“USA”) (“the Sponsor”), and those living in the same household (whether related or not) are not eligible to enter.
HOW TO ENTER:
Method #1: Eligible entrants can enter the Sweepstakes by acquiring a serial number from the 2025 USA 2 GUN A WEEK Sweepstakes promotional material, and registering that serial number in one of the following ways:
Via the internet at https://unionsportsmen.org
Via US Mail to: Union Sportsmen’s Alliance, c/o 2025 2 Guns-a-Week Sweepstakes, 4800 Northfield Lane Spring Hill, TN, 37174
Each serial number may be entered only once.
Method #2: Eligible entrants can enter the Sweepstakes by submitting a 3” x 5” white non-lined index card hand-printed with full name, address, phone number and email address, sealed in #10 white envelope, to the attention of: Union Sportsmen’s Alliance, c/o 2025 2 Guns-a-Week Sweepstakes, 4800 Northfield Lane, Spring Hill, TN, 37174. All Method #2 entries must be received by the USA no later than December 15, 2024. The USA is not responsible for late, lost, stolen, damaged, garbled, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage due mail/entries. Mechanical reproductions will be void. One sweepstakes entry allowed per person.
All entries become the exclusive property of the USA and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent or corrupted is void and will not be accepted.
CONSUMER DISCLOSURES:
No purchase or donation of any kind is necessary to enter or win. You have not yet won. Begins 01/06/25; ends 12/29/25 (“Entry Period”).
Entry constitutes consent to use and publish the name of winner.
Prizes and Their Approximate Retail Values (“ARV”):
Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of comparable value.
Maximum value of all prizes: $73,882.56. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received, estimated at 1:17,500 for each prize.

WINNER SELECTION:
Two prizes shall be drawn and posted each week beginning Monday, January 6th, 2025 and every consecutive Monday for 52 weeks. In the event Monday is a Federal Holiday, the drawing will be moved to the first day of business following the federal holiday. The drawing shall be conducted weekly by a random selection from registration numbers assigned at the time of entry or printed on promotional material. Drawings will be conducted by an independent organization whose decisions are final and binding in all respects.
WINNER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Potential winners will be notified via telephone and/or e-mail. Three attempts will be made to contact each potential winner within a 21-day period. If a potential winner fails to respond within 30 days, or if email attempts are returned as undeliverable (sent three (3) times over thirty (30) days), that potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. In order to receive a prize, each potential winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Liability and Publicity, which must be signed and returned (along with any other documentation the USA reasonably requires for prize fulfillment, such as, but not limited to, IRS Form W-9, providing proof of identity, and various licenses or permits) within 30 days of first notification or the potential winner will be disqualified and an alternate winner will be determined in a separate random drawing at the end of the 52-week period. Each winner must conform to all local, state and federal regulations as applicable and must make arrangements for delivery of prize with appropriate federally licensed firearms dealer as required by local, state and federal law OR opt to receive a fishing package or camping package in lieu of a firearm (while supplies last). Prizes will be awarded within approximately 45 days of winner verification and completed forms submission, except in cases of delay of availability. Sponsor is not responsible for such delays. Winners bear risk of loss or damage for failure to pick up their prize. No prize is intended for sale or for prize distribution in those states or in those areas where the prize is prohibited by law. If a potential winner is ineligible to receive a prize under relevant federal, state or local laws and regulations, the prize will be forfeited and no substitution will be provided. If for any reason whatsoever, a winner is not able to accept a prize due to reasons such as, but not limited to physical impairment, mental disability, etc., s/he may receive an alternate prize at Sponsor’s discretion. State and local laws, restrictions and regulations may limit or prohibit the sale, prize distribution, carry or use of the prizes. The mention of the prizes or any other product or service in any advertisement or text does not mean the products or services have been tested, endorsed or approved by Sponsor. No prize is redeemable for cash, exchange or transfer, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion, who reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of similar or greater value if any prize, or any portion thereof, is unavailable. Each winner is solely responsible for all taxes on prize and other expenses not specifically set forth herein, including but not limited to registration, title, license fees, insurance, and optional equipment (except where prohibited by law), and all other unspecified costs associated with claiming, registering and/or using the corresponding prize. Winners acknowledge the Released Parties (as defined herein) do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of any prize, except that prizes will be subject to the corresponding manufacturer’s stated warranty, if any.
Any incentive prizes must be claimed within 30 days of original order – Incentive form must be filled out completely and submitted to Union Sportsmen’s Alliance via web form – If no incentive is chosen within 30 days of original order, the prize will default to a $250 gift certificate selected by the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance.
GENERAL:
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by these official rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of Sponsor and the independent judging organization, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use winner’s name and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation. Sponsor is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of any prize or for any suspension of the Sweepstakes or inability to implement the Sweepstakes or award the Prize as contemplated herein due to any event beyond its control, including delays or interruptions caused by acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, utility outages, acts of terrorism or any federal, state, or local government law, order, or regulation, or order of any court or regulator. Sponsor reserves the right to take action to: (i) permanently disqualify from any sweepstakes it sponsors any person it believes has intentionally violated these official rules; and (ii) withdraw the online method of registration if it becomes technically corrupted (including if a computer virus or system malfunction inalterably impairs its ability to conduct the Sweepstakes), or (iii) suspend entries if the Sweepstakes becomes unfairly impaired in any way and to select winners from among all eligible entries received prior to such action. This Sweepstakes shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Tennessee, U.S.A. without regard to its conflicts of laws provisions. Any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. ANY CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND/OR AWARDS SHALL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ENTERING THIS SWEEPSTAKES. ENTRANT HEREBY WAIVES ANY RIGHTS OR CLAIMS TO ATTORNEY’S FEES, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ENTRANT, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT AND WHETHER BASED ON NEGLIGENCE OR OTHERWISE. LEGAL WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN INDIVIDUAL, WHETHER OR NOT AN ENTRANT, TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE, DESTROY, TAMPER WITH OR VANDALIZE OR INTERFERE WITH THE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES, IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND DILIGENTLY PURSUE ALL REMEDIES AND CRIMINAL PROSECUTION AGAINST ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
RELEASE:
Entrants on their behalf, and on behalf of their respective heirs, executors, administrators, legal representatives, successors and assigns (“Releasing Parties”), release, defend and hold harmless Sponsor, any entity involved in the fulfillment of the prize(s) or the administration of the Sweepstakes, and their respective employees, officers, directors and agents of each (“Released Parties”), from any and all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, variances, trespasses, lost profits, indirect or direct damages, consequential damages, incidental damages, punitive or exemplary damages, judgments, extent, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or equity, whether known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen, against Released Parties which any one or more of the Releasing Parties ever had, now have or hereafter can, shall or may have which in any way arise out of or result from entrant’s participation, acceptance and use or misuse of any prize, including property damage, personal injury or death.

NOTICE TO ONLINE REGISTRANTS:
Use of mass entries or entries generated by a script, macro or use of automated devices is prohibited. The Sponsor is not responsible for: (i) error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions of any kind, or inaccurate transmission of or failure to receive entry information by Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or any combination thereof; or (ii) any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes.
