When you hook up with a monster catfish, striper, spoonbill, or even a shark, the last thing you want is to worry about whether or not your rod is up to the task. With Meat Hunter rods, you don’t have to. Developed in the rivers and lakes of the south for heavy duty fishing, Meat Hunter rods are still custom built (allow 10-15 days) in Arkansas.
The Custom rod is built on Sumo heavy-walled fiberglass blanks for unmatched strength and rugged dependability and features hard black chrome over stainless steel guides and graphite reinforced stainless steel hoods. Its para cord handle makes for easy leveraging when the fight is on.
Rod length ranges from 7- to 16-foot, and you can choose a spinning or casting reel, and one or two rod pieces. The Custom’s attractive yellow blank is available in a variety of cord grips and thread wrap colors and combinations.
