SPONSOR
The Solid Ground Watch. Comment. Win. Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance (“Sponsor”), located at 4800 Northfield Ln. Spring Hill, TN  37174.

ELIGIBILITY
Open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry and legally eligible to receive the prize package. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to win. Void where prohibited by law.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD
The Giveaway begins when the Solid Ground pilot episode premieres on YouTube on June 28, 2026 at 6:00 PM CT and ends 72 hours later on July 1, 2026 at 6:00 AM CT (“Giveaway Period”).

HOW TO ENTER
During the Giveaway Period, eligible individuals may enter by posting a comment on the official Solid Ground pilot episode video on the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance YouTube channel.

Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple comments from the same individual will be consolidated into a single entry at Sponsor’s discretion.

Comments must comply with YouTube community standards and must not contain unlawful, offensive, defamatory or inappropriate content.

No purchase, payment or donation is necessary to enter or win.

PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive the following packaged, valued at approximately $850.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

WINNER SELECTION
One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible comments submitted during the Giveaway Period. Sponsor intends to utilize YouTube Random Comment Picker by Wask for the drawing process.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION
The potential winner will be contacted via reply to their YouTube comment and/or through other available contact methods within approximately 5 business days following the drawing.

The potential winner must respond within 7 days or an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Giveaway constitutes winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name, likeness, hometown and submitted content for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, invalid or unintelligible entries, or for technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to YouTube platform outages or internet connectivity issues.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

RELEASE
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, YouTube, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents from any liability, claims or damages arising out of participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

YOUTUBE DISCLAIMER
This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube or Google. By participating, entrants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to YouTube.
