WHAT:
This Saturday more than 160 union members, shooting enthusiasts and other guests from across the state will team up for the Union Sportsmen’s Alliance’s (USA) 2nd annual Roofers International Twin Cities Sporting Clays Shoot and fundraiser.
On Sunday, volunteers will aim to inspire a love of the great outdoors in Minnesota’s youth at the USA’s Get Youth Outdoors Day, which will educate participants ages 9 – 17 on safe firearm handling, and provide supervised, hands-on introductions to trap shooting, rifle shooting and varying Minnesota terrains via an ATV simulator.

Both events will be open to the public—including union members, retirees, leadership, contractors, families, outdoor enthusiasts, etc. but registration is required.

WHY:
USA sporting clays shoots bring together union members and their communities to help raise imperative funding, which supports the USA’s nationwide conservation programs such as Get Youth Outdoors Day. Both events also help promote the importance of preserving America’s outdoor heritage and passing it on to future generations.
